Jean P. Buchanan



Jean P. Buchanan represents employees in labor and employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.  Prior to joining Carlin & Buchsbaum, Jean gained valuable litigation experience in a number of different practice areas, including consumer law class actions, fraud, elder abuse, and general negligence.  For the last few years, Jean has focused solely on plaintiff’s side employment law litigation.  In this capacity, she has gained significant and favorable results for her clients through her tenacious advocacy.


Jean received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2007.  Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of California, Irvine, graduating in the top 15% of her class.
