Ian Silvers joined Carlin & Buchsbaum with experience defending employees in a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour issues.  Prior to joining the team, Ian also worked as an associate at a large management side law firm, which provided him with a unique perspective on employment cases, including defense strategies.  All of his past experience has been very valuable in his work representing employees.
